Trending @Infosys; Thinking of resigning
I will be completing 3 years by the end of September and I am thinking of resigning Infosys due to the same reason that everyone is fed up off No hike, no promotion, no automation opportunities, no career growth
I don't have any offers in hand currently, so I am hesitant to resign as I am worried about the current job market.
But due to the toxic work culture in my current project and also the notice period is 3 months, I am thinking of resigning and hoping to find another job within my last working day
Currently I am up working on my upskilling and preparing for interviews. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.
I will do same once i complete 3 year cause everyone wants atleast 3 year

Today My mom told me get rid of this job I'm jl2 completing my 3 year in next year feb coz it not worth it is bad then construction labor not even 20k I'm getting and you know inflammation expenses how long i will earn for me only
I'm also on the same boat but my tech is reactjs n java. someone suggest me as well.
I also thinking same, frustrated with 90 days notice period and no growth
