I don’t understand why people are so crazy these days.

Every builder starts a project by collecting money in advance from buyers. That means they’re not investing their own money—just using their ideas and buyers' money to build.

Later, many people with high / low income rush to buy these flats for ₹1 crore or ₹2 crore. But think about it—if nobody buys, the builder will be forced to reduce the price.

My suggestion:

If you're the only earning person in your family, send your family to your hometown and stay in a PG in the city. Visit them on weekends. In your native place, school fees and living costs are much lower. So why spend so much in the city?
