Trending @Infosys; They have promoted position in march but not revised salary from feb- March 24 , anyone have any ideas about salary hikes in sept 24 cycle.

Salary hikes in September? Don't hold your breath. Infosys has a history of delays. If you're waiting, you might be waiting a while. Consider your options.

Are you sure you got promotion and not progression ? Can you share your role before and after March ?

If it's same JL then don't expect any hike. Until & unless there's JL Change

No hike in progression, I got a role change from consultant to sr. Consultant but no salary hike yet.
