Few ways you can get out of a project ,

1. apply for IJP ….. quietly.
2. Other way would be bridge program, new quarter started check for eligibility and apply.

3. Accelerate tasks also help to get mapped to other projects.

Managers don't release there prime resource unless they are not performing well, so people quietly move to other organisations by resigning, or while working with senior managers they ask them to pull into their projects ...up to you which way you want to go ahead with .😊
