Thanks Infosys for motivating me to leave infosys , because of your work culture I resigned without any offer in hand . I started my journey in Infosys with 3.6 LPA and after years I am getting 4.2 LPA 🙃. Everytime when we ask for increment, you just mention that you have not completed 2 years you are not eligible or you have not completed 18 months within same project you are not eligible. Give silly excuses and asks for wfo even when there were no project colleagues present at my location .
NOW I finally got the offer from one of the product based company of USA and getting 200% hike on my current CTC. And now infy HR calling me to retain just my having role change which will just change my salary from 4.2 to 4.8LPA 😂😂😂. And my manager still asking me about my decision regarding withdrawing resignation 😂😂
Congratulations and May god give me this strength for Java and spring boot technology
Same in my scenario as well, so I put my papers with no offer in hand.

These people didn’t give me the designation initially which they discussed later changed it to some other designation where they could give less salary and second they were only dry promotion and now these people expect to me atleast extend my notice period till they complete their contract with client after all these
You had the courage to resign no offer in hand. Congratulation for the achievement. But I am not having the guts to resign without any offer.
I was not getting any hike from last 3 years and the amount of work they were expecting at this pay scale was worse, everyone might understand my situation even you might be dealing same if you would have joined infy as a fresher
