Trending @Infosys; Termination/ forceful resignation

HR must be planning to terminate me (NI rating) maybe immediately or this month. Now , can I resign before they take the step? Then they’ll give me 90 days notice period. I need three months notice for experience letter. They can’t forcefully terminate me immediately right and neither can they forcefully relieve me before 90 days notice ?

They will give you option to resign immediately and 3 months salary will be hiv

When you're on the bench they can release you immediately as well if they want, 90 days notice period is like when you have dependency they will keep you until they find a replacement and KT given to them

They might ask you to reduce your notice period if you are on the bench. But still it's a good gamble. Go for it

Its not ! I had one friend on bench he thought he will be terminated so he resigned ! They said within a week u need to leave.
