Chances are high if :

• You are on bench for a long time (4+ months)
• You got NI or UP rating

I recently joined and hear a lot that people are on bench. What I also observed that if they don’t get the project in 6-8 months, then either HR or someone calls to self resign. So start talking to managers internally and see if they have relevant role in their team.
