Consulting Roles are as below:
4B- Associate Consultant, 4A- Sr Associate Consultant, 5B- Consultant, 5A- Senior Consultant, 6B- Lead Consultant, 6A- Principal Consultant, 7B- Industry Principal, 7A- Senior Industrial Principal
ADM does not have 5A or 5B. So TA-TL-PM-SPM- GPM-DM. It only has 5. At level 6 they have 3 roles. Consultant and other streams have two roles in Jl5. At each level 2 designations from 4-6. ACON - SACON - CON-SCON-LCON-PCO
Starting from 3T-3B-3A-4A-5A-6B-6B-6A System engineer trainee- SE-SSE-TA-TL-PM-SPM-GPM
Why is there no proper documentation of whether we are 5A or 5B? Boggles my mind.
