Hi everyone, I completed 3.8 years experience in infosys. I promoted to SSE one year back itself but still my role didn’t changed to Technology Analyst and my friends who are joined with me, having same year of experience are promoted to TA in April. I came to bench one month back, Can anyone suggest is there any way to raise an IHD or anything to do
Even if you raise IHD they will send the same telling manager should recommend your name and close the ticket.
So, manager is the key person you need to contact for your promotion.
But I’m on bench So my bench manager is delivery manager. Can I ask him, is it work

Your manager should recommend your name for promotion. Promotions won't happen by default.
By the way what was your friend's CTC after getting promoted to TA.
