Trending @Infosys; Technical or non_technical role ?

Hi everyone, I am working as frontend developer. i have 8 years of experience. Now I need to take care of family n my baby . I want to switch to non technical role. Is non technical role will be easy for me? Or should I stay in development domain only.? Little confused..also please suggest me some courses or certification for me to move forward.. Thanks in advance.please guide me..
