I would say try for a good product based company. Since you are a Specialist Programmer you must be good with DSA and System Design. These service based companies exploit employees.

Its better if you try get into some good companies tech Mahindra I don't think a good choice in terms of company but you have a good offer

You have good offer in your hands but since u r a specialist programmer, I am sure you will be able to crack interviews of other mid range product based companies as well, don stop giving interviews and if you get good offer from any product based company, opt that else you can go to TM....but I feel Infy is better company than TM in terms of employee welfare although both are service based and give less hikes.
