Trending @Infosys; Tech lead to senior consultant

I am a tech lead level 5A from 2 years.I have applied for IJP of same level 5A in to a different unit but role is senior consultant .will there be any benefits or any minimum hike or I can just assume like moving from one project to other project.

And will Skill tag which I acquired in old unit will be a waste with no incentives if I move to new unit?If anyone has idea let me know please.

Role change within infy you will not get much hike, but again depends on which project/team you are going on.
Skill you acquired is useful or not to the new teams,based on that its value lies.
