Hi it has been 3.3 years of experience at Infosys and I have been SSE for 7 months now I wanted to ask what is the criteria for SSE to become TA.I have heard some saying that we should have more than 3years of experience with Engg graduates some say we need to have 1 year as sse can someone clear what is actual criteria.Thanks.I have 14 months of project experience.

2.4 years as Sse that's long time so there is no specific criteria like some one has to be 1 year as sse

There is specific criteria and all if managers pushes you can get TA in 3 years also. I worked 2.4 years as a SSE out 3.8 years and recently I received TA
