Trending @Infosys; TCS salary.....

I have 3.4 years of experience, and my current designation is TA with a CTC of 5.35 LPA. I’ve been selected for TCS, and the salary discussion is about to happen. How much salary hike should I ask for, considering current market standards? Any suggestions?

I was able to negotiate with infosys a hike of 45% fixed that is from 8.52 fixed to 13.7 with variable . My friend was able to get 80% hike from 6.5 to 11.3
So way I see it, since your current CTC is not that high you should be given a higher hike that is close to 80 to 100 try asking for 100%

It doesn't matter how much hike you ask. They will give you around 30-40% hike on current CTC.

Bro think Big, Ask Minimum 12lpa then only you will land around 10lpa. 100 percent Hike is minimum while switching

If java developer then to you must stay firm on 12 lpa only as in product based you can easily get above 15lpa
