I got selected at TCS, but to release the offer letter, they're asking for a salary hike letter from my current employer. However, I haven't received any salary hike at my current company.

I even provided my latest compensation letter. But i haven't received the offer letter yet.
Salary discussion and docs upload done 3 weeks ago.
They're not responding to my calls and mails.
Let me know once you received the offer letter from TCS

And also i think they will ask 3month salary slip you can share those

You can share previous one and tell tcs that current company has not released hike yet
