Trending @Infosys; TCS IBegin portal ,OTP not generated.

Hi I have successfully completed all the round and got mail from HR for the document on iBegin TCS portal but failed to login iBegin ,OTP is not generated. By how many days should I upload the documents Or can I physically submit all the documents? Please clear.
