17.5% hike. Which will be around 7.6. Though with an ME rating it will take you atleast another 2 years for TL promotion. Most TL who joined as freshers and got promoted at 6 years mark. Would get aliens 8-9 L mark

giving TL for 4 years is not possible. If you are focussing for TL role, please look outside
