I got mail today like the Talent Upskilling Program Q4FY26 & assigned some work profiles what does it mean any idea ? I am on the bench from Dec.

You need to complete the assigned work profile within this quarter.Since you are on bench, you should complete asap to get projects. Otherwise tpd cannot tag you to any projects

It's not about bench..I could see some people in the project also got these mails.you should complete all those courses which assign to you and complete internel certifications as well.
