My manager nominated me for role of TA in month of feb. Nomination means I will get confirmed TA position or after nomination also there is any criteria. Also when I can expect promotional letter and what will be revised salary as my salary is 4.09lpa .

You will get 17.5% hike on your current ctc, better to discuss this with your manager for an additional hike if anything is possible. Mostly you can expect the letters in April 2nd or 3rd week for next quarter or by March end as well
