Trending @Infosys; Systems engineer working as SAP CPI developer

I was working as an sap cpi developer in infy for 2.3 years. I have a good knowledge on implementations and configurations of end to end scenarios based on client requirements and also worked on some of the technical issues as well. Due to infy salaries, I can't survive with it. So, I decided to switch to another company . Can someone suggest me it's better to switch to another MNC or startups are fine.
