I want to shift from se to pp. And i am trying to crack the exam from last 4 quarters. But still i am unable to do it. Its been 2+ years at infosys for me. Can anyone guide me through it once. How should i work for it and prepare for it

Just start with basics. Pick the language you’re most comfortable in, I would suggest go for Python. Then cover all the syntax and basics of that language. Then throughly focus on all Data Structure and algorithms. Once all this is done, start practising on leetcode. Also while doing this you can switch to product companies SDE-1 too.
