I have completed 2 years in 27th Jan 2024. But still not promoted to Sse. Do anyone know the reason for this?

I am also in the same scenario and expecting the progression. Does DQ score matter in progressing ?

Same bro, I am not sure why they are not promoting, my rating is also outstanding.. Even my juniors with meet expectations rating got promoted 😔
