Trending @Infosys; Switch from Infosys within 2 years

Employees should not give more than 2 years to companies like Infosys.

I believe companies like infosys are not meant for growth especially for freshers or employees who are at the Consultant level.

They want you to work for more than 10 hours everyday, ruin your weekends and also not gonna pay you well for your overtime and neither gives you any proper variable pay.

Also they'll not provide any yearly raise.
