Trending @Infosys; Switch for Oracle Consultant
I have been working as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant for almost 6 years in Infosys and am now planning to switch due to the same universal reason(No hike from past 3 years). The current CTC is 15.4L and I'm planning to ask 25L.
Can anyone from the same domain suggest if it is okay?
What are your job responsibilities in your current role and technology you use ?
Please switch. I was also in the same boat as you before. Loyalty won't feed us. It's better to switch and earn better. Try for like 100-200% hike.
As our cctc is less, all companies will try to give less than 100% even though they have a higher budget. So try multiple offers and try offer shopping. Learn and be prepared for everything...
Asking for 25L seems reasonable with your experience. Market rates vary, but aim confidently. Be prepared to negotiate and justify your value. Good luck with the switch.
