Trending @Infosys; Switch Fear.....lack of confidence.......

Hi Guys. I'm planning to switch the company, but I'm always worried about my skills. And I'm very much scared what if I get rejections and all. I don't know what level I have to prepare to switch. Currently, I'm a Java developer, but I don't know what the market is expecting to switch. I'm preparing well to skill up, but I'm with so much of confusion and I'm scared about my career. And in my work I'm not getting chance to learn properly they are keep on shifting me from different projects for their billing profits. I'm loosing confidence. Expecting someone give proper advice or guidance...

Start giving interviews regularly. Unless you break that psychological barrier, you will always feel unprepared and underconfident.

Assuming you are Java developer as per the msg. Try to learn Java frameworks like SpringBoot and its modules,Quarkus and Microservices ,MBs like kafka. If you want to transition into full stack try to learn atleast one front-end framework like ReactJs/Angular and then dive into Cloud services

Always remember any profile will not always be 100% aligned with the requirements. You need to show the assurance to learn things when u get into the Job.So,do not think much about the rejections, instead take it as an opportunity to see the market trend. Learn-Relearn-Chase the Money
