What is the concept of swipe in and swipe out? If I swipe in at 9 am. in the morning and swipe out at 1 pm. in the afternoon, then again swipe in at 1 pm. and swipe out at 8 pm. in the evening, how many hours will be count for my duty?
First in, last out concept for a particular day. It will be calculated from 9 am to 8 pm only.
But the details of swipe records are stored in the Infy system so keep that in mind also.
I have been doing just swipe in swipe out for almost an year, no one cares.
Other don’t get motivated by this. Currently company is looking at multiple things with a fine comb. If you are trying to game the system you can be trouble . All record are available.
Attendance - First swipe in to Last Swipe out
Minimum time to spend to be awarded Work from Office : 3.5 hours
Try avoiding swipe in and swipe out immediately and try to not be out of the campus for too long between your swipe out and swipe in. I dont want to give a number for this one. But once I was out of office for 3 hours and still got the attendance for those 3 hours. Please be cautious with PIP and all going on.
Minimum hours 3.5 then only it will be considered as present in the system
