Trending @Infosys; Swipe in and out query

Not sure why, My swipes were working fine until last week thursday, starting from friday I have been getting single swipes and status unknown status reflected in my profile eventhough I have been regular to office for this course of time. Does anyone have the same issues? Should we report it elsewhere or is there any solution. BTW I work from Chennai Shols DC and I use bike entry and exit. Thank you for the responses.
