Hi Everyone, what is the superannuation component in the break up? Shall we get this component in the salary every month ?

Its varies from 1% to 15% of your basic salary which you can declare in infy me. Default to 15%
It is deducted from salary and contributed to LIC. Check policy in details in My total Rewards hub
