You mean why it’s not given outside of CTC. Every anna pai company gives you directly or indirectly is part of your CTC!! Unlike government services

I never heard of this allowance tbh nor the use of it. Do you know for what purpose it’s given?

Basically once you retire from infy they will give you some fixed pension amount using Thai corpus. Obviously it will be minuscule
