Trending @Infosys; Suggestions flats
I have been trying to buy a flat in Hosa Road through auction for the past 3 years. My budget is ₹75 lakhs. Even for an old building, I haven't been able to find anything within my budget.
Currently, I’m staying at Hosa Road Junction. My flat owner has listed this flat for sale at ₹90 lakhs. Many people have visited, but no one is buying it. Most of the owners in this area are only focused on getting money — they aren’t open to negotiation.
I moved into this flat 4 years ago when the rent was ₹13,000. Now I’m paying ₹26,000 — almost half of my salary goes into rent.
Please suggest what I can do in this situation.

Not worth buying b khata .

It is 16 years flat, there is no amenities and all(standalone building)

If you are so desperate to buy a flat and really the one you are staying. 15L should not make a difference. I don’t know the square feet rate based on info you have provided. If rental for flat is 26k I think 90L is a fair price per blr standards. Start by offering 75 and see where it ends considering no one has bought it for 90 yet.
