Hi am currently in bench and I am getting calls for project but they are asking me to change location and asking me to work on night shift and also in support migration project can I refuse or reject the project or what should say if I don't want to work on such projects .I have 3 years of experience and SSE
You can say no to 3 projects but it used to happen before now they are not supporting this policy . My friend said no to the project so it goes under refusal that means you said no to a project . And after that 2 hr called him and started shouting
Hi I havent been mapped to any project from tpd the project managers called me in teams and asked me whether I am fine with changing location support work or night shift I said I am looking for development track in base location on regular 9to 6 shift they said ok I just want to know will they escilate this to hr
It is cool … until n unless the manager give reason that you refuse the project
