Trending @Infosys; Suggestion required.

Hi all,

I currently have offers from Accenture and PwC US (Acceleration Center) and would appreciate your suggestions.

I’m currently working with Infosys at a CTC of 15 LPA with a 10% variable component.

Accenture is offering a CTC of 22 LPA (with 17.1 LPA fixed and the rest as variable), along with a home-town location.

PwC is offering a fixed pay of 23.5 LPA (no variable component), with a Mumbai location, where I’d need to visit the office twice a month.

Considering these factors, I’d really value your input on which offer might be the better choice.

I think better to go with PwC because I think accenture will mostly give 50 to 60 variable making you fixed CTC to 20 LPA.But I do not have much idea about location and work place etc.I See in glass door etc For L 9 they give 20 LPA fixed with CTC of 25.Did you negotiate with accenture ??
