Trending @Infosys; Suggestion regarding job change

Hi I joined infy as a fresher. I have around 3.7 years of experience. Got 2 promotions within 3 years, but no increase in pay..most of my frnds who joined as laterals are earning 2.5x more than me. Trying to switch but got struck due to this 90 days notice period also lot of work pressure in the project which I'm working. Is it suggestable to put papers and try outside?

If you decide to switch, spend extra time and learn something newly everyday. Gradually decrease ur work time spent on actual project. Rather spend it in upskilling you. Remember in few days you will be good enough for an interview and start giving interviews at any cost. Get an offer from companies like cts, wipro, tcs and be in a safe position and put paper here. And put utmost effort in these 90days to get a better offer and switch.

If you've got skills, 90 days notice period is not a stopper in any organization.

If you have some emergency fund's, go take the risk.

As you are in early stage of career, you can take this risk of putting papers and searching for job. Try to get the references from your friends, once you resign, your will get lot of calls.

Remember, you must have enough fund's to take this risk.
