I have been working in infosys for 3 years and have a total of 6 years of experience, trying to switch company, I am getting interview calls but not getting shortlisted due to 90 days notice period, If I put down paper from infosys and didn't get any company during notice period can I withdrawn my paper..?

Yes you have the option to withdraw till your last working day.

You can withdraw on last day also if you don’t get! Keep trying you will get shortlist if not withdraw on last day. My suggestion 3 years is good serve in Infy and it’s time to switch go on..
