Trending @Infosys; Suggestion Needed
I have an experience of 3.5 years in Java Springboot domain and I joined infosys on December by giving an interview for a Java developer role. I got only one interview call for a java profile where they rejected me. After two months now they have transferred me to a different Unit where they have assigned me Python, bigdata training courses and I have to complete those 12 training in a month and for 4 training I have to qualify the infosys internal exam which will happen in Infosys DC failing to which cause appropriate HR action.
I don't want to join these training programs and I need a Java Springboot project. I have pinged/mail everyone that my expertise is not python and I need java project, but no one is replying. What should I do next, pls suggest.

Clear that you have already been marked!! Their logic was simple you were a java resource didn’t get a java project , failed a java interview and in bench for 3 months. Put you in an unrelated tech see if you learn and clear. If you don’t clear they have a reason to chuck you out. But I find it a little strange that they are not giving uou more than 2 months to find a java project. Talk to few people in campus some senior looking folks and directly ask for java projects . Don’t think demand is an issue there are enough projects for this skill set. Hope your prior project interview was not very bad
