Congratulations on the offer! That’s a significant hike. Apart from the CTC, I’d suggest evaluating the role responsibilities, project nature, and long-term career growth at Accenture. If those align with your career goals, it could be a very good move.

If it's team lead position in Accenture then it's not 21% but it would be 27% out of which you will get around 8-10% in case of top performer

So if your fixed is somewhere around 16-17 lpa your total CTC will go around 18-19 lpa

So decide accordingly. Accenture is worst in terms of variable pay

Accenture is great in terms of management compared to infosys

I can suggest to have fixed pay other than variable pay if they are not accepting then ask to reduce the percentile of variable pay
