Trending @Infosys; Suggestion about probation
Hi all, I joined infy in mid august. From then till now no project. They are just playing with allocation. They are mapping to pre production and training code and not contacting at all. Even if I message they are not even replying. Currently they are giving kt about telecom domain and in alcon different allocation is there as pre production. If i ask them they are saying they cant reveal project as of now. I am doubt full i will get project after this some sessions. Got some couple of other interviews, did well answered almost 95%, but they are also not replying at all. Confused what to do. Worst case If i dont get project at all in my probation will i be in trouble ?
The delay is because they first map you to a delivery unit and account under them. They might be expecting a project and usually hold until project materialized. Cannot hold for long. If opportunity not materiliaizinn innone account you will be released for other opportunities
I joined in april n got proj in may. I was scared like you but luckily got proj. Try as many as n do accelerate tasks n get project asap. If u don't get project they may extend ur probation but as per my knowledge u r safe for atleast another 3-4 months
