I missed applying wfh for last week and pinged my manager to apply OD but he said send mail for that and apply wfh to DM which I did but he rejected my request. What is this behaviour?
Same here. Wtf. I raised wfh not aprooved for a particular day and now am unable to raise request as it is more than 7 days.
Other stupid thing is wfo. My noida location doesn't allowed to work from office after 8 pm. But my shift is 2 to 11 pm. They are forcing to go to office. But 2 to 8 pm only 6 hrs is showing in attendance. Wtf
Apply wfh for the remaining hours, also if you attend the only for 3.5 hours, it is considered as WFO ; you just have to apply wfh for the remaining hours.
Yeah.. its kind of frustrating. I don't know for which days I have already applied. Untill aprooved it says status unknown. Is there a way to track these. ? Manager is not aprooving same day or even in same week. And if not aprooved withing 7 days then for that day, unable to raise the request
I think u r new in Infy... This is soo common ij here... The DM won't listen to u or even reply to you.... Just apply OD now and let your manager know about it after doing the same... If he/she ask then give them the reason.... Also bro somewhere its your fault also as u have ignored the FYI mails for attendance not recorded.
Bhai apne profile me jaw dekho manager ke upr kon h uska nam dalke wfh apply krdo ho jayega...
Same issue but my manager told me apply OD and I did.
