Trending @Infosys; Stuck in project, no technical growth

After how many months we are eligible to ask for project release, current project has no scope outside. Repetitive tasks and so much workload. Ive seen other ppl going out of company only as theybare not getting released from project. Manager is toxic. Do we have any policy or something that we can use to get release? 3+ years worked already
