Hi guys, I have been in thus project from past 2 years and now the work has become very redundant and I Don't even feel like doing it. I know things but I let my colleague do it and when the lead pings me for some work then only I do it. I Don't show much interest. What should I do ?

it doesn’t make sense if you change internally, evn if you change it will affect appraisal promotions etc. better switch the company

From my experience I have worked in 4 projects in infy most are shit changing project won't work

Change company better switch to startup
