Trending @Infosys; Stuck in one company what to do next?

Hi, I joined Infosys in Feb 2022, completed training in selenium, Java, Sql in April 2022. After training till this day I am on bench (don't have any project experience) didn't get much opportunities. Thinking about switch but not confident for interview as there is no real time project experience. What to do next? Please guide me on this. THANK YOU!

If you have time to learn and implement then do personal projects and use them as projects or use accelerate gigs if you have done them as projects experience in resume and apply for interviews outside.
