Trending @Infosys; Stuck in Notice Period - Manager Ignoring Separation Process
I'm currently serving my notice period, and my official last working day (LWD) is updated in the system.
However, my manager is not responding to any of my emails or Teams messages regarding my separation approval. It's been a while, and there's complete silence from their end.
In such a scenario, as per company policy, will my separation be processed automatically based on the system LWD, or can the notice period get extended just because the manager hasn't approved it yet? Appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

For me it got approved on the last day only cool.. 1st approver will be ur HR then approver 1 will be ur manager and then approver 2 will be ur Delivery Manager..so chill just get lined up with the HR..that's it
10 days before lwd bench approval will happen automatically so manager Cant do anything
I have seen many people's lwd was approved last day. So don't worry about it and keep grabbing offers 😉
