Trending @Infosys; Stop attending stand-up in notice period?
What will happen if I don't attend the stand up calls during my notice period as after my resignation they are giving a lot more work pressure?
Join calls, act like you're really working on it. Take 2x-3x time to the same work
In my case they are not giving me any work
Its upto you how much pressure you want to take
Do not take up work last month , and give KTs and train ur team mates the work you use to do . Start it from day one after u put down your paper. World is small and you might meet any one of your team mate somewhere . Have a good repo while leaving a company. Not that i like infy , good to know you are growing. Infy is like the zamindar who doesn't pay for your hard work
Please don't skip, please check internally with lead and request them to give less work.
