I am yet to get rating, on icount it is showing rating with appraiser, anyone facing the same?
When i asked my manager he told it is with HR what does this mean?

So what does it mean, many of my colleagues had same thing in icount ie rating with appraiser. Few got on Monday few got rating yesterday

You would have got it by today if manager didn’t release it will get auto released. Maybe you hit good rating so manager didn’t bother calling you
