How many time it takes to move SSE to Technology Analyst and how much hike do employees get in this scenario. On getting SSE in infosys no hike was given. What is the salary if employee move to Associate Consultant from SSE through bridge programme. ??

To be TA, you need to complete atleast 1 yr in SSE.
Once you become TA, you get 34-36k in hand + Skill tag incentive/PB quarterly.

SSE- You'll get ECR once you complete 2.3yrs (2-2.5k)

SSE to Acon via Bridge program - 7 to 7.5L
SSE to Acon via IJP - max 10-17% hike on your JL3 salary.
