Trending @Infosys; SSE TO TA promotion

I have been with Infosys since June 2021 and have consistently received an Outstanding rating for the last two cycles. In February, my manager asked me to drop a mail regarding a promotion to him and the delivery manager. However, I have not received any update regarding this matter yet.

Because performance doesn't count for promotion in infosys only Role Maturity has to satisfied. The mails at last say that wait until role maturity has satisfies
