Trending @Infosys; SSE to TA hike percentage

I recently discussed my promotion from Senior System Engineer to Technology Analyst with my manager. I’ve heard from some colleagues that the hike percentage for this transition falls into two bands—one offering up to 17% and another offering 40% or more.

If any managers or HR professionals are aware of the criteria for availing the higher 40% band, I would appreciate your guidance on the eligibility requirements and how to qualify for it.
