Why some people getting 15-20% salary hike when they promoted to TA from SSE some are getting 6.5 LPA when they promoted. And what is criteria? I am talking when someone joins as fresher.
This is totally fake, people intentionally spreading this rumour. Bro if you have really got this much hike then please share the wage details before and after from your promotion letter.

I might not be fully sure but average hike you should blget is 17% ..It even reaches 22% if your rating is OS. I think it's rating dependent
