Trending @Infosys; SSE to TA

I joined infosys in SEPT 2023 as SSE which is decised by infosys because it had some partnership with my old company and converted all employees to infy employees. It is a employment continuation from other company.

I am due for promotion so they promised that in infosys manager will give me promotion as the promotion slots will be available on quarterly basis.

Its been 3 quarter’s I didn’t get any promotion and response from manager is the slots are not given for SSE to TA.

Will it be done in this performance cycle along with the hike in nov/ dec ?
