Trending @Infosys; SSE Progression

I have completed 2.3 years in Infy and been in bench for 1.5 years. My SSE Progression is not done yet and people from other unit had got the progression even though they are on bench for entire year. What is the actual criteria for this?

Progression/promotions happen at the first month of each quarter. U were eligible in Jan 2024. Hope to u urself progressed to SSE in April . Suggest u to keep ur DQ high(not sure whether DQ matters or not in progression)

BTW I have also completed 2 yrs and hoping to be SSE in April
